OSP™ Certification and Numbering Policy

1. Purpose
This Certification and Numbering Policy describes the rules governing the certification, identification, and numbering of custom products created by Official Starter Packs™ ("OSP™").
This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and all other policies published on our Website.
2. OSP™ Identification Number
Certain custom products may be assigned a unique OSP™ Identification Number.
This number serves as an internal identifier to facilitate, among other things:
- product identification;
- order tracking;
- issuance of a Certificate of Authenticity;
- customer support and after-sales service;
- administrative verification.
The assignment of an OSP™ Identification Number is at the sole discretion of Official Starter Packs™.
3. Certificate of Authenticity
Depending on the product purchased or the applicable promotional offer, a physical or digital Certificate of Authenticity may accompany your custom product.
The certificate may include, among other things:
- the OSP™ Identification Number;
- the date of issuance;
- the product name;
- selected characteristics of the custom product.
The Certificate of Authenticity is provided solely for identification and authentication purposes.
4. Nature of the Certification
The certification provided by Official Starter Packs™ is intended solely to confirm that a custom product has been created or authorized by Official Starter Packs™.
It does not constitute:
- a guarantee of market value;
- an investment guarantee;
- an official certification issued by a governmental authority;
- an independent appraisal;
- or a guarantee that the product will increase in value over time.
5. Unique Nature of Custom Products
Each custom product is created based on the information and materials provided by the Customer.
Even when multiple copies of the same design are produced, each order remains associated with its own production record.
Official Starter Packs™ reserves the right to determine the numbering system applicable to any product, series, edition, or collection.
6. Authenticity Verification
Official Starter Packs™ may, at its sole discretion, offer a service allowing Customers or third parties to verify whether an OSP™ Identification Number or Certificate of Authenticity corresponds to a product issued by Official Starter Packs™.
The availability and terms of this service may evolve over time.
7. Replacement Certificates
If a Certificate of Authenticity is lost, damaged, or destroyed, Official Starter Packs™ may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement certificate, subject to the availability of supporting records and, where applicable, the payment of administrative fees.
8. Prohibited Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- reproducing a Certificate of Authenticity;
- altering an OSP™ Identification Number;
- fraudulently using a certificate;
- creating or distributing counterfeit certificates;
- falsely representing that a product has been certified by Official Starter Packs™.
Any fraudulent use may result in legal action and any other remedies available under applicable law.
9. Reservation of Rights
Official Starter Packs™ reserves the right to modify its certification program, numbering system, certificate format, or the conditions governing the assignment of identification numbers at any time without prior notice.
Such modifications will not affect certificates previously issued unless required by applicable law.
10. Amendments
Official Starter Packs™ may update this Policy at any time to reflect changes to its Services, products, or business practices.
The most current version will always be published on our Website together with its effective date.
