1. General
This Shipping Policy describes the terms and conditions governing the preparation, shipment, tracking, and delivery of orders placed with Official Starter Packs™ ("OSP™").
By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.
2. Shipping Destinations
Official Starter Packs™ currently ships its Products to the destinations available during the checkout process on our Website.
Available countries and regions may be changed at any time without prior notice.
If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your Order.
3. Production Times
All Custom Products are made to order based on the information and files provided by the Customer.
The production times displayed on our Website are estimates only and may vary due to factors including:
- order volume;
- project complexity;
- the number of revision requests;
- Customer approval delays;
- peak production periods;
- public holidays;
- supplier lead times;
- or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Shipping and Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped via Canada Post, according to the shipping method selected at the time of your order.
Depending on the option selected, either a standard shipping service without tracking or a shipping option with tracking may be available.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and may vary depending on, but not limited to:
- the destination;
- weather conditions;
- periods of high volume at Canada Post;
- customs procedures, where applicable;
- any other circumstances beyond our control.
Official Starter Packs™ does not guarantee any specific delivery date and cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination and the applicable shipping rates.
The shipping charges displayed before your Order is confirmed are the fees that apply to your purchase.
6. Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided only when the customer selects and pays for a shipping option that includes tracking at the time of purchase.
In such cases, once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to the customer, allowing them to track their package directly through Canada Post.
No tracking number is provided for shipping options without tracking.
7. Shipping Address
The Customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address.
Official Starter Packs™ shall not be liable for delays, losses, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping address.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not claimed, the Customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
8. Lost, Undelivered or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, unusually delayed, undelivered, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
When an order has been shipped using a shipping option that includes a tracking number, Official Starter Packs™ will work with Canada Post to open an investigation or file a claim, where appropriate, and assess the appropriate course of action.
When an order is shipped using a shipping option without tracking, it may be impossible to confirm the shipment's transit, location, or delivery. Recourse with Canada Post may also be limited depending on the service selected.
Depending on the circumstances and the outcome of any applicable investigation or claim, Official Starter Packs™ may, among other things:
- reship the order;
- replace the product;
- offer any other reasonable solution.
By selecting a shipping option without tracking, the customer acknowledges and accepts the limitations inherent to this type of service.
9. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country's authorities.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Official Starter Packs™ has no control over these charges and cannot guarantee their amount.
10. Force Majeure
Official Starter Packs™ shall not be liable for any delay in production or delivery resulting from, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- fire;
- computer system failures;
- transportation service interruptions;
- strikes;
- government actions;
- armed conflicts;
- pandemics;
- or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
11. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer when the Order is delivered to Canada Post, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
