5. License Granted to the Customer
Subject to full payment of the Order, Official Starter Packs™ grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the delivered Custom Product for personal purposes or as otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.
This license does not authorize:
- commercial reproduction;
- mass production;
- resale of the concept;
- or the use of Official Starter Packs™ creations to develop competing products without prior written authorization.
6. Respect for Third-Party Rights
The Customer agrees to submit only content for which they own the necessary rights or have obtained all required permissions.
Official Starter Packs™ reserves the right to refuse any Order that clearly infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.
7. Reporting an Infringement
Anyone who believes that their intellectual property rights have been infringed may contact Official Starter Packs™ by providing sufficient information to allow us to evaluate the claim.
We will review each report diligently and take appropriate action where justified.
8. Reservation of Rights

Submitted Content Policy

This Submitted Content Policy describes the rules applicable to any content submitted to Official Starter Packs™ ("OSP™") in connection with the use of our Services.
By using our Services or submitting Content to us, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
2. Definition of Submitted Content
"Submitted Content" means any material voluntarily provided by the Customer, including but not limited to:
- photographs;
- images;
- illustrations;
- logos;
- drawings;
- text;
- names or nicknames;
- descriptions;
- colors;
- digital files;
- documents;
- or any other information used to create a Custom Product.
3. Customer Representations
By submitting Content to Official Starter Packs™, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the Content or have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to allow us to use it;
- the Content does not infringe the rights of any third party;
- the Content complies with all applicable laws;
- the Content does not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
- the information provided is accurate and complete.
You remain solely responsible for all Submitted Content.
4. License to Use Submitted Content
By submitting Content as part of an Order, you grant Official Starter Packs™ a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license, solely to the extent necessary to:
- review your request;
- create your Custom Product;
- manufacture your Order;
- perform the revisions included with your purchase;
- conduct quality control;
- ship your Order;
- provide after-sales support.
This license ends once these purposes have been fulfilled, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not submit Content that is:
- illegal;
- fraudulent;
- defamatory;
- hateful;
- discriminatory;
- obscene or pornographic;
- violent or promotes violence;
- infringing upon the rights of a third party;
- containing viruses, malware, or harmful software;
- or otherwise contrary to applicable law.
Official Starter Packs™ reserves the right to refuse any Content deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.
6. Content Review
Official Starter Packs™ is not required to systematically review Submitted Content before receiving or processing it.
However, we may, at our sole discretion:
- refuse a file;
- request a replacement;
- suspend an Order;
- cancel an Order;
- remove Content that is clearly non-compliant.
7. Accuracy of Submitted Files
The Customer is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the files submitted.
Official Starter Packs™ shall not be held responsible for, including but not limited to:
- blurry photographs;
- low-resolution images;
- poor framing;
- inadequate lighting;
- poor print quality resulting directly from the submitted file;
- or any other limitation arising from the Submitted Content.
8. Promotional Use
Official Starter Packs™ will not publish, display, or use a Custom Product, OSP™ Artwork, or Submitted Content for promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes without the Customer's prior consent, unless all personally identifiable information has been removed or such use is otherwise permitted by law.
9. Retention and Deletion
Submitted files may be retained for a reasonable period in order to:
- produce your Order;
- facilitate a reprint;
- process an after-sales service request;
- comply with legal obligations.
After that period, the files may be permanently deleted in accordance with our internal data retention practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
Official Starter Packs™ shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from:
- inaccurate or incomplete Submitted Content;
- infringement of third-party rights by the Customer;
- Content submitted without the necessary permissions;
- loss of quality resulting directly from the files provided.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Official Starter Packs™ against any claim, action, damage, loss, or expense arising from a breach of this Policy.

Although we make every reasonable effort to produce a result that meets the Customer's expectations, Official Starter Packs™ does not guarantee an exact reproduction of:
- a person;
- an animal;
- an object;
- an artistic style;
- or a reference image.
Every creation remains unique.
6. Revisions
Where the purchased Product includes one or more revisions, the Customer may request adjustments in accordance with the terms applicable to their purchase.
Additional revision requests may be declined or may be subject to additional fees.
7. Protection of Information
The information and files submitted by the Customer are used solely for the creation of the requested Custom Product, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Submitted Content Policy.
8. Evolution of Technology
Artificial intelligence technologies evolve rapidly.
Official Starter Packs™ reserves the right to modify the tools, models, or methods used to improve the quality of its Services, without any obligation to use a specific technology.
9. Limitation of Liability
Official Starter Packs™ shall not be liable for:

- artistic differences between a generated artwork and the Customer's expectations;
- results arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or poor-quality files or information provided by the Customer.

OSP™ Certification and Numbering Policy

1. Purpose
This Policy describes the terms governing the certification, identification, and numbering of Custom Products created by Official Starter Packs™ ("OSP™").
It supplements our Terms of Service and the other policies published on our Website.
2. OSP™ Identification Number
Certain Custom Products may be assigned an OSP™ Identification Number.
This number serves as a unique internal identifier to facilitate, among other things:
- product identification;
- order tracking;
- the issuance of a Certificate of Authenticity;
- after-sales service;

The assignment of an identification number remains at the sole discretion of Official Starter Packs™.
3. Certificate of Authenticity

5. Unique Nature of Custom Products
Each Custom Product is created using the information provided by the Customer.
Even when multiple copies of the same Artwork are produced, each Order remains associated with its own production record.
Official Starter Packs™ reserves the right to determine the numbering method applicable to each Product, series, or edition.
6. Authenticity Verification
Official Starter Packs™ may, at its sole discretion, offer a service allowing Customers or third parties to verify that an OSP™ Identification Number or Certificate of Authenticity corresponds to a Product issued by Official Starter Packs™.
The terms governing this service may evolve over time.
7. Replacement of a Certificate
In the event that a Certificate of Authenticity is lost, damaged, or destroyed, Official Starter Packs™ may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement certificate, subject to the information available and, where applicable, the payment of administrative fees.
8. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to:
- reproduce a Certificate of Authenticity;
- alter an OSP™ Identification Number;
- use a certificate fraudulently;
- create or distribute a counterfeit certificate;
- falsely represent that a Product has been certified by Official Starter Packs™.
Any fraudulent use may result in the legal remedies available under applicable law.
9. Reservation of Rights
Official Starter Packs™ reserves the right to modify its certification system, numbering method, certificate format, or the criteria governing the assignment of identification numbers, without prior notice.
